This interesting mirror house has been put up in Copenhagen and is indeed an eye-catcher for the local residents.
It is interesting to note that no special methods or procedures were used to jazz up this old, boring and sad playground structure. In fact, with simple means, an anonymous building got turned into a completely stunning Mirror House.
The roof and façade of the structure have been coated with heat-modified sustainable wood whereas the gables and shutters are dressed in mirror polished stainless steel.
Furthermore, the mirrored gables produce a compassionate conversion between built and backdrop and replicate the contiguous park, playing field and all the goings-on.
This building remains open during the daytime, and attracts the children and even adults who love to see themselves getting transformed in all directions.
This fascinating Mirror House serves as a flexible space for kindergartens to use it as a recreational area or restrooms.
