The beautiful Aquaria Grande residential towers, currently undergoing construction, will be equipped with one of the most stunning architectural feats when the project is completed, transforming standard balconies into swimming pools.
The residential location consists of two 37 story towers located in Mumbai, India. The Aquaria Grande Tower was designed by Wadhwa Group, and will feature several different amenities including a car park, fully equipped clubhouse, and a sustainable podium garden.

HOPS south city lounge bar was designed by designer Iqbal Azam of Arturo Interiors. Hops is located at 2nd floor of south city mall, kolkata, India. It is a restro lounge merges with different type of hospitality like hookah bar, dance floor, bar with private dinning, live kitchen. Mainly it was designed for the concept of brewery lounge. This would be installed in next 6 months. It is spread over an area of 7500 sq.ft. Live kitchen is floating counter with the support of iron in the middle. The front elevation of live kitchen counter is highlighted by hand made tile from spain. The main attraction of HOPS is Curve ceiling i.e. 60 ft long to cover the 3 columns in middle of lounge with 30 layers of ply. which is also inspire by the designer nader tahrani BANQ. The 14 layer LED cove ceiling is made for the 55 ft long LED strips is very catchy for mood of night club. LED Lights can be change as per the mood. The main entrance is made of wood in form of curve to attract the customer. The walls are highlighted by murals with acoustic solution in behind. The back wall of dance floor is full made of crystal glass to give the glittering look with the help of wooden battens in uneven form.
