The Maisonette by Italian designer Simone Simonelli consists of three little mobile units, each has dual function which makes it the perfect solution for small spaces. “Maisonette” in French means small house, intended to be a collection of furniture that meets the contemporary need of sharing functions in the micro living space. The small table can be turned upside down and used as a tray; the trolley is also a side table and the tallest piece of a bookshelf as well as a clothes rail.

Art and craft helps build up physical co-ordination among kids: Activities like painting, drawing, coloring, cutting, joining and gluing things together to form a new object improve motor coordination in children. With a large tabletop, paper roll holder, canvas storage bins, top storage cabbies and more, the Deluxe Art Center creates the perfect setting for drawing, crafts and creative activities. Indulging in art and craft activities is a way of allowing children to express themselves other than words and actions. Children enjoy participating in painting competitions along with their friends. You can also organize these activities at home and teach your kids how to work closely with family members.

Sharing moments together with your trusty pet companion can create a strong bond, but relaxing together can also improve the way you understand a stress-free moment. Cats are perfect teachers of relaxation – they swiftly react to threats, but when it comes to down time, you can clearly see there is nothing in the world that can bother a cat. Dogs, on the other hand, thrive when close to their masters and mirror their behavior and every moment with them is a bliss. The patent-pending Rocking-2-Gether Chair designed by Houston architect Paul Kweton creates this shared moment routine while displaying a carefully mastered design. Made out of CNC milled birch plywood, the modern rocking chair can be customized to display different density and sizes for the wooden spacers, so you can control the visual connection between you and your pet.

Mule tables are the result of questioning the balance between proportion, material, function, and cost. Ultimately, after many years of prototyping, it became evident that the trough would provide the required storage capacity that would allow this design to perform. The frame had to accommodate the trough as well as provide support for the table’s surface. In the end, I preferred the frame, legs and table surface as one entity. The amalgamation of these elements offer a new table concept that functions as well as it looks. I chose to offer the frame and trough in a variety of materials and sizes to solve issues with space, visual comfort and affordability. Currently these tables are made to order in Toronto, and can be shipped outside of Canada. I hope to explore this table concept further with new materials and sizes.
