Whether it is a seven foot tall NBA star or the latest kid rapper, neither express any shyness when inviting the MTV Cribs cameras into their lavish homes.
With bedrooms the size of small villages, it wouldn’t be out of the question to need a sat nav just to find your way from the bed to the wardrobe. Make that a walk in wardrobe actually; the sort in which it wouldn’t be surprising to find another lost world at the far end of it behind the extravagant outfits and designer footwear.

Christina Aguilera
This incredible bedroom retreat belongs to the American singer in the exclusive Beverley Hills area. The 32-year-old who is a coach and judge on the American version of the TV singing show The Voice has released seven albums during her career.
Her talents also stretch into acting, having appeared in four movies, her last and most acclaimed appearance coming in the 2010 film Burlesque. She performed eight of the ten tracks on the films soundtrack.
Fine detailed wallpaper and the bold contrast of reds, black and white gives this bedroom a wonderland feel. The bed and its vast amount of cushions are almost held aloft like a trophy by the two-tiered platform it rests on.

The bedroom at The Grand Hotel where Bond and Agent Fields stay, in the Quantum of Solace film, is pretty glorious. The ‘hotel’ was actually converted from the National Institute of Culture building in Panama where the scenes were filmed.
The dark walls bring to life the light furnishings and turn the simple but stylish bed into a real centre piece.

Cher’s Indian inspired apartment in LA features this extraordinary detailed bedroom. Mix of neutral colours and textures gives the bedroom a natural elegent feel.
