A perfect stove design for a modern urban loft. Quite an amazing and creative idea by French industrial designer Arthur Senant that actually combines everyday life conveniences with a warmth of fire, to create not just a stove but a place. Since people love to sit around the stove and enjoy the warmth then that’s where their favorite things should be as well, right by the stove, on some shelves. Then why not to have a stove with the shelves to have your favorite things handy while enjoying the fire. Great practical idea, still a concept though … What do you think? This is quite fantastic. I would get one if it ever came to a reality.
Only concern is things on lower shelves burning or how ventilation would work.
Looks great but I have a woodburning stove and it gets incredibly hot, so would worry about the safety of the stuff on the shelves. Trust me, you are not going to put your box of Belgian pralines there!
REAL WOOD BURNING? HOW WOULD YOU VENT IT WITHOUT HAVING TO HAVE A HOLE IN THE WALL OR BUILD A CHIMNEY? CAN THE POWER OF THE FIRE BE LOWERED TO MAYBE ONE LOG AT A TIME, JUST ENOUGH TO HEAT A TWO ROOM CABIN OR A SMALL KATRINA COTTAGE?
